Building muscle

Today was weigh-in day for week 1 of our biggest loser challenge at work. And instead of being a loser, I gained 0.4 pounds. BUT I have been working out everyday for the last 7 days...so I must be building muscle, which weighs more than fat! That's what I'm telling myself anyway. I am happy I signed up for this challenge...I would not have exercised every day otherwise, so I'm considering my $10 weekly fee my "gym membership". Whatever works!
