It's been 3 days since I started the Biggest Loser challenge and so far I think I'm pretty much on track. I've been working out everyday and my new video is kicking my butt. You do 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of ab work...three times in a row...without stopping. It's tough. And that's just level 1. After you can get through level 1 with ease you start on level 2...then 3. I'm thinking it will probably take me about 7 workouts before I can move to the next level. Today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical to change things up a bit and give my sore muscles a break.
It's supposed to be nice this weekend so I'm hoping I can get out and take some pictures. Then I might have something to post here besides my ramblings!
